What Should I Bring to Class?
You don't need to bring anything. Wear comfortable clothing that permits you to move freely. Wearing layers helps because you'll warm up and cool down throughout class. The studio has all the equipment you'll need -- but feel free to bring your own. If possible, arrange your schedule to not eat a large meal right before class. Practicing yoga with a full belly can be distracting or uncomfortable. (But do eat. If you come to class starving, all you'll think about during class will be food.) |
